Shipping:
We package your items securely. We usually use premium services. Please know that we are
responsible for your items until they get into your hands. You don't need to buy insurance.
The better shipping option is to buy several and have them all shipped together. For combining,
we will use the lowest
rate on the largest lot you buy and then add your other purchases to that.
Shipping will work differently for items other than comic books. Payment: We take Paypal and Money orders. Free shipping when you buy $50 or more and the destination is in the United States. We will send a supplemental invoice if necessary to cover shipping costs. Customer Service: We know we are lucky to have you buy from us and will treat you with that in mind. We are members of the Online Auction Users Association and follow those guidelines. We really want you to be a satisfied customer. We hold communication in high regard and consider it an important part of your experience here. Return Policy: You must notify us of the problem within three days after you receive the item. We will send refund within 30 days after return of the item and only after we have inspected it. Mature Readers: Please know that some of these have nude covers or nudity inside the comic. They may also contain serious violence. Some of these items are for mature readers. By bidding on our items or making offers you certify that you are over 18. Condition: Our Standards are high. The first thing we ask ourselves is: "Would we want this in our collection?" If the answer is no then we won't sell it. But here are our ebay grading standards. Grading" NM/M (Near Mint/Mint)= no flaws. We are not professionals at grading comics but we generally grade conservatively at VF/NM (Very Fine/Near Mint)= very few flaws. The next level down is VF (Very Fine)= a few faults and they are, usually, listed. The next level is F (Fine)= clear flaws listed. Often we will grade in between levels. Then we have G (Good) =lots of flaws and you can see them in the picture. |
We won't sell anything that does not meet our high standards. Your item will be in excellent condition.
Our standard is - would I want to own this comic? Your experience here is
what matters. From your time on the website, through shipping, to opening your
item, we want you to feel great about buying here. Thanks for stopping by. We feel very good about our ebay feedback!

FredKnoz Frequently Asked QuestionsTable of Contents
How do I select what I want to buy?Great question! You know the auction sites and we follow their rules. Please make a list and e-mail it to us! Remember on orders over $50, for destinations in the US, FredKnoz pays shipping! Where can I find …?We have a pretty loose organization here. Its kinda like shopping at your local comics shop. Ya never know what you'll come upon next! We hope it makes you smile. How do I make the pictures bigger? OR -The pictures seem a little fuzzy when I get close, why is that?If the picture seems small, move the cursor to the bottom right and wait a couple of seconds. Something that looks kinda like a beach ball comes up - click on that! Fred used to take the pictures with a digital camera. After trying several different ways he finally gave up and this is the artistic result. (Yes, we are going to call it art! +@$^& it!) When you lean comics up against a wall they sag, open and otherwise look wrong. When someone holds them it looks worse. Fred puts the comic on the rug and leans over with a tripod - the rest is just bad technique. As of now the scanner works! We are scanning most items now so the pictures are getting better! Cool! What is a FredKnoz? How do you pronounce that name?FredKnoz is not a what. We are a husband and wife team. She is Knoz (short for Knozitall) and her name is Cindy. He is Fred (short for brain damaged) and his name is Tom. He does everything but the accounting and serious typing - she does the useful stuff.
What is up with the whole London Night Studios thing? In 1992, while in Farmville, VA we stopped at a comics shop. They were having a promotion for issues 0 and 1 of Razor, signed with Certificates of Authenticity. Those Razors sat in a bag and board in a long box for 7 years, moved from place to place. In 1999 Fred discovered ebay and went bug nuts! There is a problem in collecting London Night. You keep buying the same books over and over again unless you have a list. Thus, the London Night Checklist! It was very cool - we checked with Everette and he was kind enough to add print runs for some of them! Buy one of his commisions. What is going on with the whole Bad girl/good girl theme?(picture Fred at his drooling, Homer Simpson best)....Hmmmmm bad girls....... That sure is a large lot of X-Men type stuff. How did you buy it?In the late 80s and early 90s, once a week we would go to the comics shop to see what came out. Then go out to dinner. When we got home Fred would, obsessively, sit and carefully read and bag each and every one of them.
